Refund Policy

At Matalinx Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality cybersecurity training. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines the terms for refunds and credits for our training programs.

Payment Requirements

Full payment is required upon registration to secure your spot in any of our training programs. Access to course materials and class sessions will not be granted until payment is successfully processed.

Refund Eligibility for Self-Paced Training

For self-paced training courses, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed the course content. Refund requests made after 7 days or after accessing the content will not be granted.

Refund Eligibility for Live Classes (Virtual or In-Person)

• Full Refund: No full refund will be issued. Students will be billed for the full value of the course. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once the program has started. A credit can be applied towards a future cohort in some circumstances. e.g. a medical condition barring attendance (a doctor's note is required).
• Partial Refund (50%): A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel between 7 and 13 business days before the scheduled start date.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the scheduled start date.

When No Refunds Are Provided

No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

• Failure to attend a live class ("no-shows").
• After accessing a self-paced course.
• For cancellations of live classes less than 7 business days before the start date.
• After a course or program has been completed.

How to Request Credit

If you are not eligible for a refund but must cancel a live class, you may request a one-time credit to be applied to a future training program of equal or lesser value. This request must be made in writing at least 3 business days before the class start date. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Right to Modify Terms

Matalinx reserves the right to modify the terms of this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the new policy is posted.
